I stumbled across this remodel by Damont Design/Build and thought some of you might like to see it. The house, originally a typical split foyer with no style, is practically unrecognizable. Additionally (no pun intended, lol), this is a terrific example of good use of exterior materials – stone, shake, siding, etc, creating lots of visual interest and character.
If you’re planning on a large addition this might give you some non-traditional ideas – you know, other than just adding a room off the back.
Looks like they do some nice work over there.

I know! Isn’t it great? Goes to show what can be done with a little imagination, a good architect/builder, and some extra cash, of course, lol.
